Talking to Lucien on the Phone

We borrowed Lucien's cell phone, and Sam has been "calling" Lucien non-stop. Usually, it's to tell Lucien there's a fire and he needs a fireman, but here Sam is saying:

"What's the matter, Lucien?"

And here, I have no idea what he's saying, but whatever it is, Sam thinks he's being REALLY funny. And that's me at the end starting to say "Don't scream at the cat." (Toby is sitting on the stairs.)
