Once a year, Alexandria holds open houses at all the fire stations around town. We hit two this morning... one even had a bouncy house (Sam said he was bouncing on the moon!) Sam "drove" two different firetrucks, sprayed the fire hose, learned the difference between a fire truck and a fire engine, touched the firemen's tools, saw a fireman suit up in his gear, etc! He had quite a morning! The firemen were all so nice -- and told us to come back anytime we wanted! We definitely will!
